You can verify every license we list — Arizona Medical Board and Board of Physician Assistants share one public portal, and APRN credentials verify through Nursys. We'll hand you the numbers if you ask.

In Scottsdale, timing is half the result
Roughly 300 sunny days a year and a summer UV index that parks at 11 means the calendar decides what we can safely do to your skin. We schedule around it instead of pretending it doesn't exist.
- Oct – AprLaser season. Resurfacing, IPL, pigment work and hair reduction, when four weeks of sun avoidance is actually realistic.
- Jan – AprSnowbird months. Consults book 5–6 weeks out; if you winter here, book before you fly in.
- Apr – MayPre-summer tox and hyperhidrosis, timed so it's fully settled before the first 105° week.
- Jun – SepMonsoon and single-digit humidity. Barrier repair, HydraFacial, injectables — not deep resurfacing.

What we keep in the room, and who answers at 10 p.m.
Aesthetics is medicine. The rare complications are real, they are time-sensitive, and the honest question to ask any clinic is what happens when something goes wrong at 9 on a Friday night.
- Hyaluronidase on site, every day. Suspected vascular occlusion is treated as same-hour urgent — we reopen after hours for it.
- A direct cell number on your aftercare card for 24 hours after any injectable or laser treatment. It rings an injector, not a call center.
- An Arizona-licensed physician medical director who reviews charts, approves device protocols and oversees delegation under state rules.
- Every laser and RF device registered with ADHS and operated only by staff credentialed for it.
- $1M / $3M professional liability plus general and product liability. Certificate available on request.
- Unretouched before-and-afters only — same lighting, same angle, no makeup change, interval and unit count printed on every set.

before you book
The questions people ask on the phone
Will I look done?
Not if we plan it properly. We dose conservatively on a first visit and bring you back at two weeks to add, because we can always add and we cannot subtract. Most first-timers leave with less product than they came in asking for.
Do you charge for the consultation?
The 45-minute consult is $75 and it's credited in full toward any treatment booked within 60 days. If we recommend against treating you, we refund it.
How long does tox take to work, and how long does it last?
Movement usually starts softening around day 3–5 and settles by day 14. Most people in the Valley get 3–4 months in the upper face; masseters often run longer. We book your next visit at the two-week check.
I have melasma. Can you laser it?
Sometimes, and carefully — the wrong device makes melasma worse. We start with a test spot, topical prep and strict sun avoidance, and we schedule the treatment between October and April.
What if I bruise before an event?
Tell us the date at booking and we'll schedule at least two weeks ahead. If a bruise shows up anyway, come in — we have a laser protocol that usually clears it in a session or two, at no charge if we caused it.
Who actually performs my treatment?
An RN or NP injects; our licensed aesthetician and certified laser technologist runs devices and skin treatments. We tell you which before you book, and nobody hands your appointment to a contractor you've never met.
